The Journées nationales de l'architecture are back in Paris: to mark the occasion, the Grand Palais is offering free family activities on October 18 and 19, 2025.

Every autumn since 2016, the Ministry of Culture has organized France's National Architecture Days: an event that allows the general public to admire and appreciate the country's great architectural works, through meetings, visits, lectures, games, debates, exhibitions....

The 10th edition of this cultural event is scheduled for October 16-19, 2025. In Paris, several venues are taking part, including the Grand Palais, a landmark in the 8th arrondissement.

Built for the 1900 Universal Exhibition, this historic monument stands out for its large glass roof, ornate facade and the sculptures that adorn the building. Throughout the year, the Grand Palais hosts exhibitions, fairs, shows, concerts and parties, sporting events and seasonal events designed for the general public.

On the weekend of October 18 and 19, 2025, the Grand Palais is planning special free activities, organized especially for these national architecture days. Please note that some events are by reservation only: visit the official website for more information.
