Disneyland Paris: we know the opening date of Disney Adventure World

This is a date we've been eagerly awaiting... Disneyland Paris has just announced the opening date of Disney Adventure World, the new name for the current Walt Disney Studios: come on March 29, 2026, to discover the complete transformation of the resort's second park. This change of identity accompanies the completion of the second phase of the park's expansion, marked by new lands, new attractions, and the upcoming arrival of the Frozen zone.

This renewal is part of an overall strategy to redefine the park's identity around major Disney franchises. For several years now, the destination has been undergoing major construction and expansion, from Bob Iger's announcement of the expansion plan in 2018 to recent developments such as Avengers Campus, which opened in 2022, and the World of Pixar area, which has redesigned part of the park's entrance.

"To continue this transformation, which has reimagined more than 90% of Walt Disney Studios Park since its opening in 2002, we are delighted to unveil a new creative vision that will give our second park a whole new look. Visitors will enjoy a unique experience that celebrates the magic and emotion of our greatest franchises by immersing themselves in new worlds that are more real than life itself. This creative evolution has led us to rename the park, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the history of Disneyland Paris," explained Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris, at a press conference on April 12, 2025. She continued: "This name change will take effect as soon as the Frozen-inspired land, World of Frozen, opens, representing a symbolic renewal for this exciting new era ahead."

What's in this park? Everything that already exists, namely World Premiere, the theater area, Avengers Campus, the Tower of Terror, and all the areas based on Disney and Pixar movies (Ratatouille, Toy Story, Cars, etc.). In addition, there is the Frozen area, which also opens on March 29, 2026, with the park's name change, as well as Adventure Way and Adventure Bay, Tangled Spin, The Regal View restaurant, and various gardens (English-style with Peter Pan, 101 Dalmatians, and Winnie the Pooh, as well as another based on Toy Story).
