Disneyland Paris: Tangled Spin, the new attraction inspired by the movie Tangled, is unveiled

This new attraction is sure to attract many dreamers and romantics! On March 29, 2026, Disneyland Paris will open its brand new play area: Adventure Bay. There, you'll find a variety of new attractions, including one dedicated to Princess Rapunzel. The intrepid young lady with golden hair and the famous Flynn Rider take us on a lovely stroll through a lantern festival...

The Tangled Spin attraction recreates the most iconic moment in the movie Tangled: the boat ride on the lake, under the illuminated lanterns. In this scene, as poetic as it is romantic, our two heroes admire the lantern festival, during which thousands of lights fly into the sky and are reflected in the lake.

Visitors to Disneyland Paris will be able to relive this magical moment as they take their seats aboard sculpted gondolas. Above their heads, visitors will be able to admire the illuminated lanterns and a "sky" decorated with frescoes retelling the story of Rapunzel. The ride is accompanied by a soundtrack featuring music from the film. In addition, actress Mandy Moore, the original voice of Rapunzel, has recorded several audio messages to accompany visitors on this journey.

This is a "tea cup" type ride designed by Italian manufacturer Zamperla, reminiscent of the Mad Hatter's Tea Cups attraction fromAlice in Wonderland, located in Disneyland Park. This attraction should be accessible to the whole family. This ride should be waiting for us near the Rapunzel garden, which serves as a transition to the future artificial lake that makes up Adventure Bay. 

As a reminder, the Adventure Way extension is set to showcase the most recent Disney films. Echoingthe Sleeping Beauty Castlein the first park, we should also find theSnow Queen'scastle in an area inviting visitors to dive into the heartof Arendelle... But that's not all, as a new attraction will also take us into the heart of another fairy tale, this time Rapunzel. There will also be an attraction based on the movie Up. 

All we can do now is wait for it to open next spring... And in the meantime, we're getting back into Mad Hatter's Tea Cups or rewatching Rapunzel on Disney+. Ready for the Lantern Festival?
