Fête de Saint-Denis 2025: street shows, roller party and free workshops at the Basilica (93)

On the weekend of September 12 and 13, 2025, join us in Saint-Denis to celebrate the festivities of the new town, brought together with Pierrefitte-sur-Seine, with a host of free events organized by the town's associations. A whole host of activities await you, for young and old alike, including street performances, an associations forum, a wild roller party and workshops linked to the Saint-Denis Basilica construction site, open to all!

The program

• Street show - Friday, September 12 - 8pm - Stroll to Place Victor-Hugo

An interactive show which, thanks to a free downloadable digital application, will enable you to connect directly with spectators' smartphones during the event. An immersive, participatory show that invites audiences to physically engage with the dance and immerse themselves in a universe of sounds, images and lights that transform the city!

• Forum des associations - Saturday, September 13 - 11am / 6pm - Place Victor-Hugo and Hôtel de Ville (Services municipaux)

Refreshments and catering provided by local associations, associations forum, open stage for associations: continuous demonstrations of amateur activities (dance, singing, music, etc.), municipal services forum.

• Workshops - Saturday, September 13 - 2pm / 6pm - Parvis de la Basilique

As part of the project to reassemble the spire, the Suivez la Flèche association is offering a number of workshops and events: guided tours of the basilica's roof to discover the spire's construction site, stone-cutting and forging workshops: presentation of tools, demonstrations, children's workshops with modeling clay, "Stone" workshop: at 2pm, 3:30pm and 5pm, "Forge" workshop: at 3pm and 4:30pm, presentation of the Spire Factory, interactive tour revealing behind-the-scenes of the spire reassembly site.

• Roller Party - Saturday, September 13 - 4pm / 12am - Salle de la Légion d'honneur

Concert venue La Ligne 13 and the Flaneurz Roller Skating Club are putting the wheels back on the skates with an exceptional Roller Party at the Salle de la Légion d'honneur. Put on your skates or borrow them for free on site and come roll, dance and vibrate to the rhythm of the best Hip Hop, Afro and Caribbean sounds! On the program: DJ sets, performances, showcases... from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Kids & Family Special and from 8 p.m. to midnight: 16+ session.

• Micro-folie - Saturday, September 13 - 3:30 PM - Hôtel de Ville de Pierrefitte

La Micro-Folie is a project designed to create new cultural venues in the heart of local areas, facilitating access to culture for all. Works of art will be presented on the theme of dance as counter-culture. Activity proposed in conjunction with MazelFreten's "Rave Lucid" show.
