When the weather's nice, it's no surprise that we all feel the need to get away to the great outdoors. That's why, every year at the beginning of June, Rendez-vous aux Jardins takes place in Paris and the Paris region. This open-air cultural event takes us to the heart of our botanical heritage over the course of a weekend, with guided tours, special events and workshops, and even exceptional openings of sites that are usually closed to the public. The2025 edition is scheduled for the weekend of June 6 to 8, 2025, and if you're in the Yvelines area, this is your chance to conquer the sublime estate of Dampierre-en-Yvelines.

The eponymous estate is located in the charming village of Dampierre-en-Yvelines, dominated by its classical-style château dating from the late 17th century. Classified as a Historic Monument, it has played host to such distinguished guests as Louis IV, nicknamed the Sun King, and his grandson Louis XV. The estate covers no less than 400 hectares, and features a beautiful green setting designed by André Le Nôtre, the famous French gardener who also designed the garden at the Château de Versailles.
