The concept, which is very popular in Vietnam, made its appearance in the 13th arrondissement of Paris just over a year ago. At Gutea, people come to share a moment with family and friends over a bubble tea or a hot coffee, as well as to take part in a variety of creative workshops. What's on the agenda? You choose your piece: a piggy bank or figurines to paint, a key ring to decorate, a photo frame to customize... And a drink, before settling down in the café area to quietly customize your pieces.
As well as being particularly affordable, with figurines starting at just €5 (or even, keyrings are €3.5), the concept lets you stay as long as you like. "It's important to settle down and take your time, in Paris everything moves so fast," explains the founder, who opened Gutea in spring 2024.
In addition to the creative side of the place, this is where you come to refresh (or warm up) with a homemade fruit bubble tea, a coffee, a cookie, an iced mochi... Prices start at €5 for a bubble tea, €2 for a coffee, €2 for a cookie or €5 for iced mochi (in pairs). A creative address for all, and above all, all ages!
