In Île-de-France, gardens are plentiful. Think of the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris, the gardens of the Château de Versailles in Yvelines, or the Jardin du Moulin Jaune in Seine-et-Marne. But other gardens, more discreet, deserve a visit as well. That's why, each year, the event "Rendez-vous aux Jardins" is held. For three days, this festival invites you to discover gardens, sometimes opened to the public on an exceptional basis.
In 2026, "Rendez-vous aux Jardins" invites you on Friday, June 5, Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, 2026. Note that June 5 is reserved for school groups. This new edition, themed around the view, will be an opportunity to explore more than 2,800 parks and gardens across Europe, and to enjoy a variety of activities, such as educational workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions, musical strolls, lectures, and performances.
As every year, Francilien gardens are among the many that take part in this event. Case in point: the Courdimanche Zen Garden. Located in the Val-d'Oise, this small green space with a Japanese-inspired vibe offers a peaceful haven in the 95th department. As part of the 2026 edition of "Rendez-vous aux jardins", the public is invited to discover this Zen garden during tours accessible on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, 2026.
The discerning passerby will be able to stroll through our relaxation space.
