Ozoir Plage: games, outdoor cinema, a funfair, free summer activities in Seine-et-Marne

From Saturday, June 27 to Sunday, August 2, 2026, the town of Ozoir-la-Ferrière, in Seine-et-Marne, is hosting a new edition of Ozoir Plage. For a little over a month, the Jacques Oudry Park morphs into a temporary leisure base, open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sports activities, outdoor cinema, and a funfair will set the rhythm of this free event for families and local residents.

Throughout the summer, the site rolls out a mix of facilities: a large sandbox, inflatable structures, and food and drink options. Sports lovers can use the dedicated courts for badminton, beach soccer, beach volleyball, and pétanque, or join in on wooden games and family quizzes.

On the wellness side, take part in tai chi chuan sessions offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 12:00, along with morning muscle-wake-up routines. Every evening at 19:15, join the official beach dance to cap the day in a festive mood.

Weekends in Ozoir Plage will be marked by several highlights. Two projections de cinéma en plein air are planned at 10 p.m., with a food truck on site: the film L'Amour ouf le samedi 4 juillet, followed by Astérix et Obélix : Mission Cléopâtre le samedi 18 juillet. From Friday 24 July to Sunday 2 August, a fête foraine settles into the heart of the park with rides accessible all day and two late-night openings until 11 p.m. on Saturdays 25 July and 1 August.

Football fans will be able to catch the World Cup match between France and Norway on a big screen at Espace Horizon. If France goes far, other fixtures could also be shown.

While access to the facilities is free, all outdoor activities remain subject to the weather. The shared barbecues, offered on Saturdays and Sundays at midday, may be cancelled in case of rain or severe weather, so you’ll want to check the forecast before bringing your own grill.
