Calling all Japanese spirits enthusiasts and those curious to discover new flavors! You are no doubt familiar with sake, but during the month of November, you can discover Shochu, a very popular spirit in Japan.
From November 1 to 30, 2025, Kura Master invites you to experience a true taste journey through Kagoshima Prefecture, the birthplace of Shochu. This unique campaign, part of the Shochu 365 project , showcases this Japanese spirit, which is still relatively unknown in France.
Throughout the month, Kagoshima Shochu will be featured in several bars and restaurants in Paris and the surrounding region. Unique cocktails, surprising combinations, and original creations are on the menu. In Paris, head to Stand Tora, Haikara Izakaya, and Toyo restaurant. Outside the capital, the experience continues at Point Rouge (Bordeaux) and Bar Aedaen (Strasbourg). It's the perfect opportunity to (re)discover this Japanese spirit in a new light.
