If you're a Mariage Frères tea junkie, or just want to discover this fine house, you can now go to Rue Cler to stock up. With a wall of tea featuring over 600 tins of the house's finest vintages, you'll be spoilt for choice.
The boutique, ideally located in a pedestrian street, unveils a luminous space where collections of teas and unique teapots find a beautiful setting. Here you'll find beautiful tins, boxes, books and fragrances.
Looking for a gourmet break, a sweet break, a lunch break or a break to warm up? Le Salon de Thé is there to meet your needs. From 12pm to 3pm, the place doubles as a restaurant and invites you to discover its Sunday brunch, which combines home-made brioche, salmon tartare and salad with tea delicacies from the dessert cart, all with your choice of tea of course.
On other days, you'll be tempted by a salad combining foie gras with marinated salmon and prawns, a fine prawn tart, roasted sea bass fillet or tender chicken supreme.
In the afternoon, it's bento time with 5 amuse-bouches, croque-Monsieur Mariage or Véritable jambon de Paris with zesty Matcha green tea butter on toasted bread.
In addition to pastries in the flavors of the finest house teas and a choice of 600 different teas, you can also opt for a fruit cocktail with tea.
