Calling all fans of French toast, that little gourmet treat from childhood, French Toast & Co will be opening its very first French toast store in early April 2019.
After delighting gourmets at the Gare de Lyon, French Toast & Co has now set up shop in the 17th arrondissement, under the impetus of Stéphane Dufour and Nicolas Haelewyn.
On the menu of this first boutique, the classic sweet version of French toast, but also more original and above all savoury recipes, which will change according to the seasons and market finds. Indeed, the brand is committed to local, organic and responsible consumption.
To take away or eat in, around a large table, recipes such as French toast with goat's cheese from Laiterie de Paris or accompanied by white Paris ham from Maison Gilles Vérot, or the version with organic eggs, avocado and seasonal vegetables.
For those with a sweet tooth, there's French toast with Canadian maple syrup, artisanal honey from Miellerie Damine and artisanal spread.
With the opening of this first boutique, we're rediscovering the pleasure of tasting this real madeleine from our childhood, and letting ourselves be tempted by original recipes!
