This February 2, it's Chandeleur! Do you really need an occasion to eat pancakes? We don't think so, but eating pancakes on Chandeleur day is a must. With sugar, chocolate or jam, there's something for everyone. And when it's free and made by a talented pastry chef, it's hard to say no!
This Thursday, February 2, 2023, we're heading for the Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris. From 2 to 3 p.m., all gourmets in search of good deals are expected to attend. For an hour, pastry chef Quentin Lechat will be handing out free crêpes on board his specially installed scooter. Originally from Brittany, he knows all about crepes!

From this February 2 until Sunday February 5, 2023, the chef is also offering a crêpe cake, available on click & collect. This decadent Chandeleur delicacy can be shared (or not) for 6 people. It features crêpe dentelle, caramelized apples, crêpes, vanilla cream, salted butter caramel and toasted buckwheat.
