The Salon du Livre de Cuisine Ancien & Moderne 2025 will be held at the Parc Georges Brassens on June 14 and 15. Calling all cookery fans!

On June 14 and 15, 2025, lovers of contemporary and more ancient recipes are invited to the Salon du Livre de Cuisine Ancien & Moderne, held in the heart of the Marché du Livre, in the Parc Georges Brassens. For this 3rd edition, still free and open to all, 50 authors accompanied by chefs, speakers and enthusiasts are expected for these two days celebrating gastronomy.

In the presence of François-Régis Gaudry, patron of the Salon, and honorary president Guillaume Gomez, the ACE15 association, the Marché du livre Paris, Le Divan bookshop and éditions de L'Épure await your visit to this former horse market, listed as a cultural heritage site by the City of Paris.

Enthusiasts and neophytes alike will be able to discover a diverse and varied collection of works: essays, practical works, chefs' books, regional books, world cookery books, rare books, children's books, as well as an important collection of works dating from the 19th and 20th centuries - illustrated treasures, vintage magazines, recipe books and manuscripts.
