Dry January now has its own Parisian appointment. On January 9, 10 and 11, 2027, the Carreau du Temple will host the 1st edition of the Dry Festival, a festival entirely dedicated to the world of non-alcoholic drinks. Conceived by Margot Lecarpentier from the Combat bar, Virginie Godard from the Food Market and Alexandra Couturier, this new salon aims to bring together producers, bartenders, hospitality professionals and curious visitors around a shared passion: non-alcoholic drinks.
For three days, the festival invites visitors to explore a fast-changing culinary scene through more than 100 references to sample. Attendees will be able to chat with producers, take part in dégustations, attend masterclasses open to all, and discover the creations of a bar à cocktails sans alcool run by the Combat team.
Beyond tastings, the Dry Festival 2027 also aims to spark a debate about new consumption habits. A program of talks, conferences and encounters will bring together leading figures from gastronomy and the world of beverages to examine the sector’s evolution, the trends in mixology, and the role of non-alcoholic drinks at the table.
The event targets both consumers and professionals, with organizers hoping to create a hub for exchange among up-and-coming brands, established producers, distributors and venues that are developing a an alcohol-free offer. Visitors will also be able to purchase directly the products showcased at the various stalls and participate in several highlights, including an evening hosted by Yuksek & Friends!
