Philippe Conticini, the child prodigy of pastry-making, decided it was time to pass on his knowledge to you and me, food lovers. After more than 4 years of reflection, the chef has made his wish a reality by installing a new-generation kitchen in the very heart of his culinary research laboratory, so that he can teach his pastry classes in the best possible way.
Designed by Ixina in collaboration with Philippe Conticini's team, this new, modern, functional and ergonomic kitchen will meet the needs of both the chef and the apprentice pastry cook that we are.
Philippe Conticini's pastry masterclasses take place in a real-life setting, but with household equipment. Every Wednesday, from 2pm to 4pm, you'll be able to learn a wide range of pastry-making techniques from the chef.
But more than just a pastry class, these workshops also introduce you to the mechanisms of taste. In a simple and educational way, here's an opportunity to see pastry-making in a new light.
Pastry classes are held in small groups of no more than 12 people, so you can interact and take an active part in the preparations. These workshops focus on a wide variety of themes, including :
