Since 1925, this iconic hotel-bar has hosted the greats, with Félix Ziem, Boris Pastoukhoff, and many others signing their canvases there, turning the Lancaster into more than a mere stopover—a true workshop where art flourishes. It’s this artistic heritage, this creative spirit, that inspired 7 Jours, 7 Arts, a weekly gathering that CopperBay Lancaster will launch this September.
Seven days, seven artistic disciplines, seven ways to (re)discover the Lancaster. The programming swings between the art of hospitality, the art of play, the art of tasting, the art of music, the art of the aperitif, the art of love, and finally the art of simply unwinding. The lineup will evolve with the seasons, offering a range of activities.

MONDAY: The Art of Hospitality
To kick off the week, CopperBay Lancaster rolls out a special perk for Parisian restaurateurs: present a business card or any proof of identification and you’ll receive a 20% discount. A chance for Paris’s gastronomic professionals to reconnect with peers in a venue that feels like home.
TUESDAY: The Art of Play
Beerpong has found its place at the Lancaster. Far from protocol and formality, it’s here that we rediscover that true luxury lies in authenticity. For one evening, CopperBay Lancaster transforms into a playground with the classic Beerpong, the playful activity to challenge friends and colleagues.
Here, the spirit of play slips into a space that never saw it coming—a luxury hotel bar.
Wednesday: The Art of Tasting
Take a seat and get ready for a tasting challenge: three glasses of wine (8 cl) are on the table. Can you identify the three regions by taste alone? It’s a convivial moment to explore our best cellar selections and travel through the terroirs. Whether you’re a wine expert or a casual enthusiast, this sensory game will delight your palate. And if you name all three regions, the complete tasting is on us—a wonderful way to discover Lancaster from a new angle.

Thursday: The Art of Music
From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., the bar becomes a genuine listening lounge for vinyl fans. Every Thursday, a new DJ or resident artist takes over the VinylClub decks—names like Mely, Nick V, Tin For All, and other movers and shakers from the Paris scene and beyond head to the Lancaster to spin. Our high-fidelity speakers deliver pristine sound that makes every gem in the DJ’s discography shine. Tapas, cocktails and music: the perfect spot to share a moment with friends or fellow vinyl enthusiasts as we celebrate the love of vinyl.
FRIDAY: The Art of the Aperitif
From 6 to 8 p.m., CopperBay Lancaster caps off the week with a weekend ritual: order one tapas, the second is on the house. A moment to unwind, forget the week, and soak up the festive Friday-night vibe. Whether you’re with colleagues or friends, keep the conversation going around cocktails and a welcoming, warm atmosphere. Because ending the week on a high note is something you deserve.
SATURDAY: The Art of Romance
An invitation for two, a little escape from time. The Saturdate at CopperBay Lancaster is designed for couples seeking privacy and tenderness. A glass of Deutz rosé champagne per person, a plate of refined tapas (three pieces), and a softly lit vibe—the bar becomes your private lounge. Far from the hustle and bustle, this intimate moment celebrates love. Whether it’s a first night out, a birthday, or simply rediscovering each other, Lancaster provides the ideal setting for these moments of sweetness and togetherness.

Sunday: The Art of Doing Nothing
Invite your friends to Lancaster! Every Sunday, the week wraps up on a warm note with the Sunday Roast, that British ritual reimagined in Lancaster’s own style. A gathering to close the week with friends or family, in an elegant setting. Sundays are for taking it easy, lingering over lunch, and hosting guests at the Lancaster as if you were at home. Sébastien Giroud presents a generous, seasonal menu, featuring roasted poussin with grenaille potatoes, a bowl of sucrine lettuce, and a seasonal fruit tart.
The producers' dinner
Every month, the Lancaster opens its doors to the makers who create. A producer, a product, a region, a shared passion. Whether it’s a Normandy cheesemaker, an apiarist from Provence, a Pyrenees distillery, or a Burgundy winemaker, the idea stays the same: explore France through the craft, the terroir, and the story behind each creation.
From 7:30 p.m., the producer takes a seat at the table. Between each course, painstakingly prepared by the chef around his signature product, he shares his journey, his craft, his beliefs. No pep talk, just the honest story of a life devoted to excellence. An authentic dialogue where every guest discovers the origins of what they’re savoring.
