After Faubourg Saint-Denis, Oberkampf and the Marais, Paris New York Voyager comes to 24 rue Pierre Fontaine in Paris 9th arrondissement to satisfy locals’ taste buds.
On the menu? Classics of the house that are now unmissable such as the “Vintage Cheeseburger” (Le Poncelet beef, old fashioned melted cheddar, ketchup, mustard and pickles) and “The Return of the Cowboy” (Le Poncelet beef, 9-month matured cheddar, onion confit, smoked bacon, onion rings, famous homemade Paris Texas BBQ Sauce).
As for me, I go for the excellent and delicious “Crispy” Burger with its farm chicken breast, panko, 9-month matured cheddar, smoked bacon and exquisite PNY sauce!
My partner goes for the “Morning California” based on Le Poncelet beef, 9-month matured cheddar, fresh avocado and secret sauce.
To stand out from his older brothers, PNY Voyager also offers the “Truffles” a unique burger made of Le Poncelet beef, 18-month matured cheddar, organic fried egg, sliced mushrooms and white and black truffle cream.
Rumor has it that PNY Voyager is said to also offer a burger based on salmon and avocado!
As always, each burger is served with French fries (excellent homemade French fries, homemade French fries and 18-month cheddar and even homemade French fries and Waldorf sauce) or sucrine salad.
As for desserts, PNY Voyager plays the made in us treats card with a cheesecake, banana pancakes and even the Lumberjack (milkshake, vanilla ice cream, maple syrup, Bourbon and homemade whipped cream).
PNY Voyager bonus? Its very beautiful selection of draft beers including 5 local beers and 5 imported beers. Here, craft beer enthusiasts will have the choice with for example, the Walden, a blond beer made by Deck & Donohue as well as the excellent amber beer from Japanese brewery Hitachino, the Hitachino Red Rice, or even the Go To IPA from Calirfornian brewery Stone.
At PNY Voyager, no doubt, the travel really happens with burgers that make us cross the Atlantic to land in a few seconds to the country of cowboys!
