When it comes to plats, the chef serves cuisine that is at once comforting and daring. The cheeseburger here is generous, crowned with a house-made bun and fresh fries, while the famous escalope milanaise with rigatoni in tomato sauce stands as one of the house’s signature dishes.
Meat lovers will appreciate the minced beef tartare, the generous Salers beef rib for two, or the beef fillet with pepper sauce, served with a golden gratin dauphinois.
Marine flavors also take center stage: tuna steak with virgin sauce and crunchy green beans, salmon tataki with teriyaki sauce, or roasted coconut-lemon shrimp on a bed of fragrant rice.
Finally, there's a delicious selection of homemade desserts: chocolate mousse for purists, chocolate coulant (to be ordered at the beginning of the meal!) for those in a hurry, and vanilla crème brûlée with Tonka beans.
Dessert lovers will be drawn to a perfectly balanced lemon meringue tart, or a coffee paired with a strawberry tiramisu, for a light, tangy finish.
