Two-time three-star chef Yannick Alléno and Valérie Le Guern Gilbert, president of Mauviel1830, have decided to combine their talents and launch "Moments de Cuisine chez Ledoyen", the temple of gastronomy on the Champs-Elysées.
For the three-starred chef, "every gesture has its utensil", which is why he decided to team up with Mauviel1830 (a high-end cookware manufacturer), to offer fun and accessible weekend cooking classes starting September 22 .
Indeed, he wants to show cooking enthusiasts just how important products, cooking and techniques are, and share his immense know-how.
Every weekend, Yannick Alléno opens his brand-new DS Automobiles kitchens at his 3-star restaurant, and welcomes 10 apprentice chefs for a moment of sharing and conviviality.
On Saturdays and Sundays, a chef from Pavillon Ledoyen invites you to join him for a cooking workshop, during which you'll learn to prepare a menu created by the three-star chef, according to the seasons and using Mauviel1830 utensils, of course. Among the courses, there will be exceptional events such as one where you can work with Alba truffles or caviar.
Classes last 4 hours and are followed by a tasting of the meal prepared in one of the lounges of the Pavillon Ledoyen!
As an added bonus, you can invite someone else to share this gourmet moment in a most sumptuous setting.
