In March 2020, a restaurant x bar x grocery store by Les Niçois will open at the Gare de Lyon. An opening that is sure to please travelers passing through the Parisian station.

There's no stopping Olivier Chini and Luc Sananes, founders of Les Niçois. A quick reminder of their success story? In 2014, the pair opened their first restaurant in the 11th arrondissement, where they offered gourmets dishes that smack of the South of France.

The following year, they launched their 100% natural Mediterranean grocery range with 23 aperitif products, including tapenade, anchoïade, sardinade and mini-focaccia. They then opened the Yacht Club in the 9th arrondissement, a 300m2 beach brasserie featuring the classics of Niçoise gastronomy, such as socca, the traditional galette made from chickpea flour.

Recently, the Riviera des Niçois corner in the Food Court of the new Galeries Lafayette on the Champs-Elysées opened its doors alongside La Taverne de Zhao, À la Mère de Famille, Stohrer, Maison Vérot and Yard.

Well, the Niçois story doesn't end there: in March 2020, the duo will open a restaurant x bar x grocery store in the Salle des Fresques at the Gare de Lyon. A 170m2 space offering the best of Provence to all travelers!

An opening we'll be keeping a close eye on!
