It is mainly a fusion of American, Mexican, and Italian specialties and products, which can be extended to other European, Latin American, or Asian territories. At Yolo, you'll find colorful dishes whose recipes are sure to appeal to brunch aficionados, as they include all the essentials for this gourmet moment.

The menu is quite straightforward: either fresh recipes or comforting specialties. If you prefer balanced dishes, we recommend the salmon tataki with broccoli purée or the fresh mango ravioli. Note that this recipe isn't actually a ravioli, but rather a trompe l'oeil with a thin slice of exotic fruit enveloping a filling of fresh, crunchy shrimp, all paired with pesto and cashews. It's a combination that works well!
