We already knew La Mangerie, this small tapas restaurant located in the heart of the Marais, where you can enjoy small dishes to share with French and exotic flavors. But recently, all the decoration of the restaurant was redone and it is a beautiful blow of lifting which pleases the eyes.
Take place from now on in a more cocooning and modern decoration which draws its inspirations from the travels of Serge, the owner always so charming. You feel like you're on vacation on the Balinese islands with a green nature, a lush mix of citrus and olives. Add to this a subdued lighting that diffuses pretty rattan wall lamps to spend cozy evenings throughout the winter.
But don't worry if you've already been convinced by the Mangerie, the joy of living is always there. Serge Ahovey always welcomes you with his good mood, and you are always welcome to stay and feel at home or with friends. Once you are settled, they bring you a sheet of paper on which you tick off the tapas you want to eat! Here, it's all about good food!
In the kitchen, they serve delicious tapas and burgers all week long. Crispy chicken with peanuts, gouda petal with truffle, salmon tataki gravlax, fresh salmon with avocado and basil, parma ham and gouda planks with truffle, everything is prepared on the spot with fresh products (except the bread), even the buns and burger buns (made the same morning). But also delicious cocktails to start the aperitif in the best way.
