The Café de l'Homme, ideally located on the Place du Trocadéro in the heart of the Palais de Chaillot (Musée de l'Homme), unveils its new look. We're off to discover the new terrace, with its ideal view of the Eiffel Tower, and its new Experiences menu for a magical moment.

Looking for the perfect restaurant or terrace to dine overlooking the Eiffel Tower? It's time to (re)discover the Café de l'Homme. Indeed, the spot is unveiling its new face and its new terrace, which blends in perfectly with the historic site.

Open only since the beginning of September, Café de l'Homme 's new terrace blends wood and precious materials. A choice in keeping with the entirely bespoke furniture already present in the restaurant .Whether you're a duo or a group of friends, there are several areas to welcome you.

To coincide with the opening of the terrace, the restaurant is launching its Expériences tasting menus, with the added bonus of a fine wine list featuringthe best of the terroir, the seasons and artisanal winemaking. Note that you can choose from the à la carte menu, but booking an Experience menu means you're guaranteed a fine table overlooking the Eiffel Tower.

We start the menu with two glasses of Champagne and the appetizers, ceviche of seriole spiced with wasabi.

We then choose the excellent gourmet Pokebox à la carte with salmon, kale, avocado and sweet and sour vinaigrette, as well as the Tuna Tataki. The seasonings are just right, and we're in for a real treat.

Our favorite is the Pugliese Stracciatella with summer truffle shavings, which is also on the entrée menu.

The meal continues with snacked vegetable Gyozas on a pan-fried chanterelle mushroom and snacked Octopus deglazed with "Xipister". We love the crispness of the gyozas and the well-cooked octopus with its kicking sauce.

For dessert, we're seduced by the "Sous Bois", a beautiful plate combining dark chocolate cream, cocoa streusel, tonka shoot and chocolate sorbet. Traditionalists will opt for the Cap Ferret / Paris, chouquettes topped with vanilla chantilly and covered in chocolate sauce.

Of course, the highlight of the show here is watching the Eiffel Tower light up and sparkle for a magical moment to share.

Note that for the Diamond and Eiffel menus, a magnificent box of 3 exceptional whiskies is offered at the end of the meal.

In short, this is the ideal setting in which to spend a good time, delighting both taste buds and pupils.
