Michou opens a Mealy restaurant in Paris

Conceived by Michou, creator of millions of subscribers, Mealy opens its first Parisian address on August 30, 2025, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, for a fast, generous and resolutely feel-good experience. The restaurant is spread over two levels and two kitchens, with a first floor dedicated to express service and takeaway/delivery, and a lounge floor for enjoying food on the spot in a dynamic atmosphere.

If you've always dreamed of traveling with a bite to eat, this concept turns the burger into a culinary passport. Each sandwich tells the story of a destination and promises a signature taste, designed for an urban, busy and connected clientele. The menu, true to Mealy's DNA, blends generous recipes and globalstreet food inspirations, with nods to Michou's beloved cities. The chain, already launched in Amiens in June 2024, is making Paris the springboard for its national expansion.

The journey begins with the bestsellers. The Miami features smashed double steak, runny cheddar, caramelized onions and homemade Mealy sauce. Le Mykonos features melt-in-the-mouth feta, grilled vegetables and a tasty kebab. Dakar combines grilled chicken, parsley mayo sauce and melt-in-your-mouth alloco. Sweet potato fries, crispy tenders and bacon or cheddar twisters complete the experience, with a selection of desserts to end on a sweet note. Vegetarian options are available, and all burgers can be prepared with veggie steaks. New sandwiches enter the menu regularly to showcase other cities and flavors from around the world.
