Canopé was born of a simple but demanding desire: to create a place where nature and gastronomy meet, without compromise. True to the definition of the word "Canopée", the restaurant was conceived as a distinct ecosystem, rich in culinary diversity. Perpetually in search of the right flavor, they capture the essence of different gastronomic cultures and transcribe them onto their plates: Asian, Latin, Mediterranean...

Here, no white tablecloths or whispering: you're served the level of a great restaurant, with the warmth of a lively place. The experience is both demanding on the plate, yet free, embodied and warm.

Chef Stefano Figurelli, former Second Chef at the Royal Monceau and collaborator of Chef Simone Zanoni ( Georges V ), is at your service. A vibrant cuisine, open to the world and constantly evolving, whose sole aim is to create emotion and memories.
Canopé offers a lunchtime menu (starter/main course or main course/dessert) at €35 on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
For the more curious, discover their gastronomic universe in the evening with the "Feed me!" menu, a 5-part carte blanche (amuse bouche, 2 starters, 2 main courses, dessert) at €70.
