From May to September, chef Emmanuel Valée provides his new summer menu including a vegetable napoleon (€14), cod and vanilla tartare, mango and avocado (€15), pan-seared seabream and seasonal vegetables (€25), free range poultry supreme with honey, quinoa and carrots (€25) or even the veggie burger with vegetables (€21).

To accompany these dishes or just have a good time on the hanging chairs, enjoy the “Relearn Natural” cocktails, wines by the glass, between €8 and €12 or even the Moët Ice Imperial, the first iced champagne served with fresh mint for €15.

Les Jardins du Marais also serves delightful desserts. Soft apple cake and speculoos ice cream, chocolate cream or even strawberries on hot summer days.
