Created in 2010 by Hugues Pouget, Hugo & Victor is a luxury patisserie and chocolate factory offering exceptional products. In 2017, the store set on Boulevard Raspail was adorned with a terrace to welcome patrons who came on sunny days to enjoy the craft ice creams and sorbets.
This year again is the occasion to go and discover the new flavors chef Hugues Pouget has created for summer 2019 that you can enjoy on the spot or to take away!
So, what do we have this year? Lemon cheesecake, old-fashioned homemade praline, Sicilian pistachio, as well as sorbets such as Grapefruit, strawberry with lemon zests and Brazilian lime. The choice will be Cornelian.
Two surprising flavors are available in limited edition this summer: Honey-orange blossom and rose. Without forgetting last year’s bestseller who was also named best ice cream in Paris 2018: the salted butter caramel ice cream.
And new this year, Hugues Pouget came up with a frozen Verbena and wild raspberry vacherin available in individual size or to share!
You can go with your eyes closed, Hugo & Victor takes particular care to choose ingredients, their traceability: milk comes from the Viltain farm, crème fraiche from Normandy, pistachio from Sicily, the chocolate is a grand cru, the vanilla bean is a Bourbon one. A 100% natural result free of colorants and artificial aroma, following the tradition and a genuine know-how.
In addition to these ice cream, summer pastries and organic fruit juices, without aroma, colorant and preservatives also await you.
