Hotel Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile is now part of the Easter egg 2019 race with a beautiful chocolate creation made by pastry chef Julien Rives-Torren.
This eco-friendly Extra Bitter Guayaquil dark chocolate egg has clean and mouthwatering lines and adorned with fruit candies and completed with a seal put during the last step of the fabrication process. The whole tops an edible base made of Gianduja chocolate. Mouthwatering you said?
A tantalizing creation likely to delight children and adults, available from April 8 to 22, at Mayo Market, hotel Le Mayo younger brother restaurant.
