Every year, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme offers a chocolate egg available in limited edition for Easter. For this edition 2019, chef Jimmy Mornet at the helm of the Parisian palace pastry offering pays tribute to Amerindian culture.
Inspired by a trip to Arizona, the chef dressed his lovely Easter egg in feathers and natural colors of the Amerindian tribe: Hualapai.
This Indian egg is made of Manjari 64% dark chocolate and Dulcey 32% chocolate. Feathers creating the headpiece are made of Jivara 40% milk chocolate.
And inside, surprise! Small eggs with milky Piedmont hazelnut praline. All you need to spoil children and adults!
