This year, famous hotel pastry chef Benjamin Roy has come up with a chocolate egg inspired by the architectural heritage of the legendary Parisian hotel.
This egg displays an elegant design and is a chocolate reproduction of the bull’s-eye set on the façade of the hotel at the corner of the Avenue des Champs-Elysées and the Avenue George V.
For this very beautiful and mouthwatering piece based on 68% Sakanti Bali dark chocolate, Benjamin Roy has created an egg delicately covered in gold and a praline based on toasted almonds likely to delight the foodies you are.
