Chef Mory Sacko (Top Chef 2020 contestant in France) opened Mosuke this past September, his very first restaurant, where he concocts dishes inspired by African, Japanese and French flavors. A restaurant awarded a Michelin star in 2021, Sacko’s first star.
But since the second lockdown in early November and after opening for barely two months, Sacko has had to close his restaurant to the public, even though patrons were here.
Furthermore, since then, the chef has transformed his restaurant in Mosugo, a delivery and takeaway street-food offer available from Thursday to Sunday.

After fried chicken and shirashi, Sacko keeps on working street food, but this time with burgers.

Sacko’s burgers are incredible. They are super original; the chef has chosen pretzel bread for the burger buns he stuffs with fried chicken. The big fried chicken escalope is perfectly cooked, tasty, and very quality. But as for any Michelin-starred chef worthy of their stars, Sacko relies on the dressing. Mayonnaise flavored with Cajun spices coating it all nicely (and running everywhere), making this burger very special.
A sandwich served with tasty fried sweet potatoes, perfectly brown and crunchy, to dip in Cajun dressing, to echo the burger dressing.

Sacko’s Fried Chicken Burger Box also includes a dessert.
And once you see it, you know there is still room for a lovely dessert.
Hibiscus cream with hibiscus jelly and a bit of citrus fruits. The whole topped with meringue. A fresh, low in sugar dessert that does perfectly after a burger and to finish your meal on a sweet note.

Sacko’s burger also exists in veggie version, fried chicken being switched for fried squash.
