Moving on to warm dishes, chef Gérald Poirier serves a whole range of eggs to your liking and dishes on demand. Veal sirloin glazed with mustard seeds, caramelized squid Basquaise-style, or even mushroom and eggplant lasagnas, what a feast! We paired it with a side of mashed potatoes, so good.

Well of course, pair it all with warm drinks and various juices (raspberry and pepper for us). And get the creamy indulging hot cocoa or cappuccino.

Moving on to viennoiseries and desserts, head to Bar 19-20 where a huge gargantuan table expects you for a feast. On this side, viennoiseries rub shoulders with cakes, cookies; cheese matches a whole range of breads, and fruits are galore, seating sext to Tristan’s pastries. Will you be able to resist this flavorsome Saint-Honoré or the chocolate mousse covered in praline? Not sure… Some room left? Note delicious small crepes are available on demand.
