For curious people know that “L’Africain” is a flavorful blend of three cocoa beans from Africa – imported from Ghana, Niger and Côte d’Ivoire – and thoroughly measured out to balance the bitterness and the fruity notes. This delicious blend is then melted in whole milk that bring an unparalleled creamy texture.

To soften the cocoa strength, Angelina chose to serve it with light and unsweetened whipped cream.
