It’s a new concept of fast food likely to seduce your taste buds. And for good reason, Père & Fish innovates by offering fish burgers but available in a gourmet version.

SKEMA Business School MSC Entrepreneurship & Innovation graduates, they’ve been recently granted the Bourse Badoit 2018 in addition of the Challenge Pépite France for student entrepreneurs, the Prix Banque Populaire 2017 and the 100 jours pour entreprendre contest!
And some top chefs don’t hide their admiration for these 4 young entrepreneurs like Chef Thierry Marx, head o the jury 2018 of the Bourse Badoit. “We’ve been astounded by your determination, by a business model that makes sense and you’ve told us nice culinary stories”, Thierry Marx said about them.
With their very first Parisian address, Père & Fish, the four buddies wish to popularize and reinvent the burger by especially developing original recipes based on fish. But not any kind of fish… One of the aspects motivating the founders indeed is the desire to be involved for sustainability and preservation of the marine ecosystem.
On the menu? The “Monsieur Aïoli” burger with steamed cod, candied onions, arugula, pickled carrots, potato patties and garlic/chives mayonnaise.
You also have the “L’Ecossais” with red label and snacked Scottish salmon à la plancha, candied onions, lamb’s lettuce, cassava chips, Père & Fish coleslaw and homemade barbecue sauce or the “Burger Classic” with white fish (according to delivery) coated in corn flakes, fried onions, chopped raddichio, pickled onions and a chives cream dressing.
For the others, you can go for the seasonal burger or the vegetarian burger. Allow €12 for the sandwich alone.
The place also offers salads and snacks and sides coming from a sustainable agriculture.
