If you’re not totally ready to drop your meat-eating habits to become vegetarian, have a go to the Les Fines Lames restaurant set in Paris 18th arrondissement. It should meet all your expectations.
At Les Fines Lames, it’s straight to the point: meat in all its shapes! – coming from Nadaud-Delahaye, butcher-charcutier artisan from father to son for 3 generations. And no need to say that here, sourcing is of quality, everything is homemade.
Running Les Fines Lames, Guillaume, Thibault and Vivian, childhood friends who left everything for this common adventure after meeting a first success with Rughetta.
On the menu, we have classics. For instance, as a starter, the browned marrow bone or the egg casserole with Cantal cheese, chorizo and bell peppers. As a main course, picana, flank steak, fillet, side of Angus beef do well and we enjoy them all with homemade French fries, seared vegetables and a homemade sauce too.
Friends or coupes (or very big eaters) will go for the prime rib of Stockman or Angus beef for two and weighing 1kg! And eventually, for desserts, let’s stay with sound values such as the dark chocolate lava cake, the pear-white chocolate entremets or the smooth French toast.
In other words, a restaurant devoted to hedonists!
