The menu focuses on bistro classics, using only the finest ingredients. For starters, roasted Camembert stands out for its melt-in-the-mouth texture and woody aroma, perfect for cheese lovers. Thesoft-boiled egg with caviar offers a subtle contrast between the softness of the runny yolk and the salty intensity of the caviar. Well, you'll get your fingers full of it, but it doesn't matter, the gourmandise is there.

Homemade pureed sausage, meanwhile, recalls the simple pleasures of bistro cooking. Here, it's sublimated by a generous aligot, adding an extra touch of deliciousness for those who wish it.
