The Rodin Museum has now reopened its doors, and to accompany this reopening, the museum unveils its new restaurant, called L'Augustine.
Completely renovated, the restaurant L'Augustine welcomes you now on its beautiful shaded and green terrace overlooking the sculpture garden of the Rodin Museum. A haven of peace at the confines of greed and art.
To imagine its menu, the restaurant called upon the chef Amandine Chaignot, who officiates throughout the year in her restaurant Pouliche, in the 10th district.
On the menu, a gourmet and refined cuisine, which honors fresh, seasonal products from the French soil. For example, the chef proposes a salad of smoked trout, celery, kiwi, red onion and citrus vinaigrette, but also the braised beef, parsnip and roasted pears with juniper or the skate wings, spring vegetables with lemon balm butter.
For the sweet side, L'Augustine has called on Lenôtre to offer a selection of the House's iconic pastries, to be enjoyed on the premises or to take away, such as the chocolate concerto, the lemon tart or the rum baba.
Also note that from July 23 to mid-August 2020, the Rodin Museum will be offering evening events until 9:30 pm. Appointments to discover the works and the garden of the museum, which are accompanied by a picnic offer composed by L'Augustine.
