L’Augustine, the new restaurant at Paris Musée Rodin

Now open, the Musée Rodin unveils a new restaurant, L’Augustine, and its magnificent green terrace open on the garden with sculptures. A little haven of peace and good food thanks to female chef Amandine Chaignot.

The musée Rodin reopened and to accompany the reopening, the museum enjoys a new restaurant called L’Augustine.

Entirely renewed, L’Augustine welcomes you now on its beautiful shady and lush terrace giving on to the musée Rodin’s sculpture garden. A haven of peace filled with good food and art.

To create the menu, the restaurant called in female chef Amandine Chaignot who works at Pouliche in Paris 10th arrondissement all year around.

On the menu then, tasty and sophisticated dishes highlighting fresh, seasonal produces from French terroir. The chef also provides you with smoked trout salad, celery, kiwi, red onion and citrus fruit vinaigrette; or braised and smooth beef, parsnip and juniper-roasted pears; or even skate wings, spring vegetables with lemon balm butter.

As for sweet, L’Augustine called in maison Lenôtre and offers a selection of the Maison’s iconic pastries to enjoy on site or to take away such as chocolate concerto, lemon pie or rum baba.

And note that from July 23 to mid-August 2020, the Musée Rodin provides late-night openings up to 9:30 p.m. Nights to discover the museum’s works and gardens along with a picnic by L’Augustine.
