Beirut flavors and atmosphere are to be enjoyed now in Paris 11th and 19th arrondissements thanks to two L’Artisan Libanais restaurants. Ready to come along and enjoy a tasty and unforgettable journey?

This is the perfect place to give a shot to Lebanese flavors in Paris. Hummus, moussaka and tabouleh, everything is homemade to take you all the way to Beirut without even leaving Paris. To enjoy this journey, head to L’Artisan Libanais, also open in click & collect and delivery.

Open by two Mediterranean-flavor fans and lovers, Mikael and Charlie, this restaurant-caterer was created in Paris 19th arrondissement Belleville area, before a second location, by Oberkampf, still in the Eastern part of the city. L'Artisan Libains aims at becoming a brand to share world cuisine. The atmosphere is genuine, thanks to sophisticated and colorful decor, between hand-painted plants and typical lamps. The menu is rich, varied and flavorful and the vibe is a genuine invitation to travel.

Of couse, we went for the assortment of genuine and staple mezzes, such as moutabal, eggplant caviar with sesame cream and lemon, rice-stuffed vine leaves, labneh, whipped cottage cheese with mint and cucumber.

It also features the flavorful and slightly spicy fritters called “samboussek” stuffed with beef or goat’s cheese, as well as chickpea falafels. We highly recommend the hearty plates of arayes which are cheese-stuffed pita breads.

Move on to desserts based on pistachio - a staple ingredient in Lebanese cuisine. As for us, we went for an assortment of baklawas and a walnut maamoul. To pair them all, some delicious spicy or mint teas are available, as well as very fresh and homemade lemonade.
