Only female chef with 3 Michelin Stars, Anne-Sophie Pic has just opened her very first restaurant in Paris. Simply called “La Dame de Pic”, this restaurant is set within walking distance from the Louvre.

This past September 17, starred-chef Anne-Sophie Pic has inaugurated her very first restaurant in Paris. Set rue du Louvre in the 1st arrondissement, “La Dame de Pic” is another milestone for the chef, who’s already at the helm of two establishments; La Maison Pic in Valence (3-star restaurant) and another at Beau-Rivage Palace Hôtel (2 stars), based in Lausanne.

La Dame de Pic is then the third restaurant of this renown chef that will certainly delight all foodies who already love her cuisine or who are impatient to discover her.

I can see some of you, already drooling just to the idea of what this new culinary establishment has in store… Well, according to the concerned chef, this new restaurant is a “place devoted to pleasure, the pleasure of a gourmet cuisine that is gourmet, clean, simple and spontaneous, carrying an emotion… always!”.

To create this new experience, Anne-Sophie Pic worked with Philippe Boussetton, a perfumer at Takasago and a cooking enthusiast to create 3 fragrances matching each menu. The client only has to breathe these fragrances to discover menus and choose.

Playful and effective, clients are likely to love it and fall for the “Vanilla And Amber” (€79) or the “Iodine And Flowers” (€100) or the “Spicy Undergrowth” (€120). Please note that each menu features 3 dishes, cheese and dessert. For lunch, a €49-menu (starter + main course + dessert) is available.

So, seduced by La Dame de Pic yet? Meet at 20 rue du Louvre to discover this new Parisian eatery evolving around two stories with a 42-cover room on the ground floor and a 12-set private lounge in the basement.
