Blumhouse Productions has been working hard this year.
After “Fantasy Island”, “Invisible Man”, and even “The Hunt”, released earlier this year, and before “Freaky” (out in December), Jason Blum’s famous production company specialized in horror is about to unveil their latest picture movie.
“The Craft – Legacy” is planned to go out on October 28, 2020, a few days before Halloween, and a few weeks before Robert Zemeckis’ “The Witches”.
“The Craft – Legacy” is no other than the stand-alone sequel to “The Craft” directed in 1996 by Andrew Fleming.
This new movie is directed by Zoe Lister-Jones who also directed “Band Aid” in 2018 and actress in series such as “New Girl” and “Life in Pieces”.
In her fantastic (and horror) movie, she directs Michelle Monaghan (Mission Impossible Fallout…), David Duchovny (Californication and famous Mulder agent in X-Files), Cailee Spaeny (Pacific Rim Uprising, Bad Time at the El Royale, On the Basis of Sex…), Gideon Adlon (Blockers, The Mustand) and even Lovie Simone.
Introvert Hannah (Spaeny) arrives in a new high school. She starts being friends with three other schoolmates. The girls start practicing magic and invoke powerful spirits to turn their dreams into reality.
