Fall for the sweetness of maison Kayser’s Nid de Pâques. Like a little bird nest, this cake is based on crunchy shortbread topped with creamy dark chocolate, and hazelnut-milk gianduja mousse. The final touch? Mouthwatering chocolate-caramel whipped cream nesting a little milk chocolate egg and chopped hazelnuts.

For Easter, Kayser has decided to shine a light on sourdough Ekmek bread, a sort of bread originating from Turkey, the famous baker has discovered when traveling the country. On the occasion, the loaf of bread made moist with olive oil and honey is revisited with hazelnuts, dark chocolate and Tonka bean.
