Bad news for toddlers aged 2 to 7, their big brothers and sisters aged 5 to 12 and their parents: the Cité des Petits, the toddlers' HQ at the Cité des Enfants, is closing its doors as of July 13, 2025.
In order to offer a host of new features for summer 2025, and to renovate the various areas that have already been in place for 32 years (yes, because the Cité des Sciences celebrated its 30th birthday at the end of 2022, already!), the Cité des enfants has decided to close its areas to the general public in order to give them a facelift in 2026.
The bad news, then, is that the Cité des enfants won't be able to welcome the youngest visitors until June 2026. The good news is that there are still a few days left to enjoy the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and its many exhibitions with the whole family! We strongly advise you to book your tickets in advance if you wish to visit the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, bearing in mind that each ticket offers you 1h30 of playful discovery in the various play areas.
