Transilien line P in the Paris region is experiencing further disruption. Due to a planned strike and industrial action, traffic is likely to be heavily impacted, with cancelled trains and delays. Line P of the Transilien SNCF network, opened in 2004, serves 36 stations and 45 communes on a 252 km route. Linking Paris-Est station, in the 10th arrondissement, to the east of theÎle-de-France region and beyond to the Hauts-de-France, it crosses the Seine-et-Marne region. Highly frequented by daily commuters, line P is regularly affected by disruptions due to strikes, industrial action or technical incidents, which have a major impact on train operations.
At Gare de l'Est, it connects with lines 4, 5 and 7 of the Paris metro, as well as the RER E. With line P, you can discover many of the treasures of the Île-de-France region, including the town of Crécy-La-Chapelle, nicknamed the Venise Briarde, the Vaires-Torcy leisure park with its many family activities, Coulommiers, and the medieval city of Provins, the largest in the region and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

- Line P: Paris Est - Coulommiers 26/09 – 1/11:

Traffic is suspended all day between Paris Est and Coulommiers, except on Sundays from October 18 to November 1 until 4:00 PM.
A replacement bus service is in place, with stops at the intermediate stations:
- between Coulommiers and Torcy (RER A) 1-hourly service all day;
- between Coulommiers and Torcy (RER A) direct 1-hourly from 1:50 PM to 10:50 PM;
- between Coulommiers and Paris Est in the evening.
Reason: works on the railway network (work at Gretz-Armainvilliers station to replace 2 switches and remove 7 older switches that are no longer in use. Removing these switches also requires adjustments to safety and signaling systems, as well as testing before services resume. These improvements will make the network more reliable and reduce incidents for travelers). - Line P: Paris-Est – Provins, 26 Sep – 1 Nov:
