On Sunday January 1, 2023, hotel Mama Shelter Paris East serves an all-you-can-eat buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. including lots of dishes for the first brunch of 2023.
On the menu, a festive brunch and a glass of champagne for all! But it also has Mama’s brunch classics: all-you-can-eat buffet with hot drinks (homemade hot cocoa, coffee, tea), viennoiseries, fresh fruits, squeezed juices, varied breads or even some English breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and poultry sausages.
As well as a buffet of starters with the egg casserole of the day, cold salads (potato, quinoa, mixed salad…) or warm starters with the soup of the day. Then, enjoy a warm buffet with the chef’s dishes: enjoy some French classic dishes like a shepherd’s pie, meats or fishes of the day and sides, pastas of the day, and so on. All the more so for this great occasion brunch, the menu includes festive dishes such as oysters, braised veal shank, glazed guinea fowl, whelks and even the pastas of the day revisited with truffle.

Without forgetting the last – and very important – leg of this huge buffet: the dessert buffet and the cured cheese tray. And there again, seasonal fruits, morbier, comté and a whole range of homemade cakes and cookies, crumble, cheesecakes, cookies and fresh fruit salads. Allow €56 per adult for the brunch and €23 for kid under the age of 12.
