Jacques Génin's divine chocolate and almond frangipane galette des rois

As Jacques Génin likes to appeal to all tastes, he offers the famous classic frangipane galette, but chocolate lovers won't want to miss the famous almond-chocolate galette! And a chocolate galette made by the Parisian master chocolatier is definitely worth the detour.

A thick layer of almond frangipane covered with a gourmet layer of chocolate ganache, wrapped in a crisp, golden puff pastry, and you're in heaven.

These two creations can be enjoyed alone, with family or friends, starting this Saturday, January 6, 2024. They cost €10 per person for the almond galette and €12 for the chocolate galette. Multiply by the number of people to get the price for 4 or 6, i.e. 40€ for the classic frangipane galette for 4 and 48€ for the frangipane-chocolate version.
