As long as it's not February, it's still time to feast on galettes , and the HOBA foodcourt has understood this! To celebrate this last weekend in which to enjoy theEpiphany, two workshops given by chef Géraldine Salah await you on Saturday January 28 and Sunday January 29, 2023 at 11:30 am.
On the program for this two-hour pastry class? Making the puff pastry, then preparing the traditional almond frangipane, before putting the freshly baked galette in the oven and tasting it. This workshop is open to children aged 7 and over (provided they are accompanied by an adult), or to independent teenagers aged 12 and over, and costs €50 per person. You can choose to learn how to make the classic almond frangipane on Saturday, or a more modern pistachio version on Sunday!
