The Journées du Patrimoine 2025 (Heritage Days 2025 ) take place this weekend , September 20 and 21, and invite you to discover hundreds of unusual places, monuments usually closed to the public and other little-known spots, thanks to guided tours or fun activities, in the capital but also throughout theIle-de-France region. But to get there, you first have to get around, on foot, by bike or by public transport. As every year, there are a number of roadworks and closures that may require a little extra organization!

This time, no metro lines are closed, and everything should be running if the strike of Thursday September 18 is not renewed, but for the RER and Transilien, some towns are less accessible than normal. Check thelist of work sites now, so as not to find yourself at a disadvantage if certain places are difficult to access, especially in the regions of Yvelines, Val d'Oise or Seine-Saint-Denis.

  • Traffic disrupted between Goussainville and Creil

  • Traffic is interrupted between Issou Porcheville <> Mantes la Jolie
  • Traffic is interrupted between Les Mureaux <> Mantes la Jolie via Poissy with a replacement bus service.
  • Traffic is interrupted between Paris Saint-Lazare <> Val de Reuil

Line K

  • Traffic is interrupted between Paris Gare du Nord and Mitry - Claye on Sunday

Line L

  • Traffic is interrupted between Suresnes Mont Valérien <> Versailles Rive Droite / Saint-Nom la Bretèche
  • In addition, fewer trains are running between La Défense <> Suresnes Mont Valérien

Line N

  • Mantes-la-Jolie services cancelled
  • Traffic is interrupted between Versailles Chantiers and Plaisir - Grignon
  • Traffic is interrupted between Paris Montparnasse and Dreux

U line

  • Traffic disrupted between La Défense and La Verrière
