Starting January 2026, Île-de-France Mobilités will inaugurate its first Bike Hubs — free, one-stop stations located near train stations to support your daily cycling journeys across the region.

Transforming the region into a haven for cyclists is the goal of Île-de-France Mobilités. The organization is ramping up the roll-out of its Bike Hubs, which serve as comprehensive points of contact for cyclists. These new dedicated mobility welcome centers will start opening near train stations in Île-de-France from January 5, 2026. Designed for both regular riders and those trying cycling for the first time, they will be accessible free of charge.

The concept, a hub for cyclists

Each Bike Hub is designed to remove barriers to daily cycling. Unlike basic bike parks, these facilities offer a comprehensive range of services:

  • Expert advice and information from staff to help plan your route or select your gear
  • Bike test rides to find the perfect model for you
  • On-site rental service for short-term and long-term rentals of traditional bikes and electric bikes
  • Repair workshop available for Véligo Location subscribers
  • Self-service tools and pumps for quick repairs and adjustments to your personal bike
  • Training sessions to boost your confidence: bike school, riding refresher courses, repair workshops, and more
  • Year-round activities: friendly events open to all
