This year, the Fête de la musique returns on Sunday, June 21, 2026 with a fresh edition that promises to be as welcoming as it is festive! If you're chasing eclectic vibes, head to the famous pop-up terrace at the Palais de la Porte Dorée, which thrilled us in years past.

Once again installed on the forecourt of the Palais de la Porte Dorée in Paris’s 12th arrondissement, this temporary terrace will welcome a slate of diverse artists on June 21, 2026, starting at 7 p.m. The lineup? A mix of performers, sun-drenched and pulsating rhythms, for a summery, city-festive vibe.

Line-up

  • Kutu
In the heart of Addis Ababa’s night, French violinist Théo Ceccaldi meets Ethiopian‑born composer and singer Fleur Worku. Together, they draw on the ancient azmaris to break free from them, blending jazz improvisation and electro‑punk with a voice that is powerful, deep and hypnotic. After their debut album Guramayle (2022), the group returns with Marda (2025), a manifesto for a new generation of musicians built on sharing, cross‑pollination and unbridled freedom. With his virtuosity and incandescent energy, Kutu lights up dancefloors and plunges us into a frenzied dance!

  • Joanne Radao
Thanks to her distinctive vocal signature, Joanne Radao fuses pop with traditional Malagasy sounds to craft hybrid, cosmopolitan and generous music. A composer, lyricist, performer and producer, she released her first EP in 2023. FETY then blends dancing melancholy with a sunny groove. Very quickly, her irresistible energy wins over artists like Youssoupha, Fatoumata Diawara, Blick Bassy and Lass, for whom she opens the shows.

  • Douce Sœur
Douce Sœur is a Caribbean siren, half‑high femme, half tonton. The Marseille‑based DJ and producer proudly carries her Caribbean roots through music and dance. In sizzling sets, the artist, deeply committed, spotlights women and Afro‑descendant queer people. Her recipe for a great night? Let go of daily pressure with a booming “back it up” and some twerk, then round off with a classic zouk, salsa or nostalgic dombolo track. Roaming between dancehall, baile funk, gqom, afrobeat, reggaeton and hypnotic soca, DouceSœur sweeps you up in the waves of a hypnotic mix.
