If you're used to celebrating the Fête de la musique on June 21, then you're in for a treat! The famous and mythical musical event, both popular and festive, is back again this year all over France, to delight our eyes and above all our ears.
Every June 21, since its launch in 1982, musicians get together to make live music resound in the street, but also in parks and gardens, in museums, in cultural centers, institutions, churches, bars and restaurants... Every June 21, music takes center stage, whatever the genre: from rock to rap, jazz to blues, electro to reggae, classical to French variety... every musical style is represented. And there's no end in sight to this tradition!
This year, the Fête de la Musique will be showering you with musical delights in Paris and the rest of the Île-de-France region. If you live in Seine-Saint-Denis, you'll want to head for Épinay-sur-Seine. Every year, this Ile-de-France town welcomes talented artists to its Hôtel de Ville park.
So, after the English disco-funk group Imagination in 2017, Magic System in 2018, Bénabar in 2019, the artists of the 80s in 2021, Jean-Baptiste Guégan in 2022, Jenifer in 2023, and Louis Bertignac last year, who will have the honor of energizing this edition 2026 of the Fête de la musique? Well this year, the town of Épinay-sur-Seine invites you to two days of festivities and welcomes for the occasion DJ Sad, a local-born artist, as well as the singer-songwriter Styleto.
In detail, Spinassien-born DJ Sad will kick off the festivities with a big electro show on Saturday, June 20. Still hiding behind his mask, DJ Sad keeps the mystery just as much as the impact of his sets, blending electro vibes, party rhythms, and a unifying atmosphere. After a first act by DJ Yazz at 7 p.m., he will treat the residents of Épinay-sur-Seine to a 9 p.m. start that should have the crowd dancing well into the night.
The next day, Sunday, June 21, 2026, the mood shifts to the tender timbre of Styleto. The singer will perform, starting at 8:30 p.m., a handful of tracks from her debut album "Fille lacrymale," including the song "Faut que tu m’aimes." Close to singer Louane, for whom she has opened several shows, Styleto will this year continue her television journey by co-hosting, alongside Nikos Aliagas, the program "The Voice Kids" on TF1.
Starting at 4:30 p.m.: music will sweep through several districts of the city with an eclectic, festive lineup:
